  1. Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and lightly fry in butter with salt. Cool. Cut a large pita bread into 2 parts and cut off the uneven edges. From the edges to make strips for wrapping packages! Place the cheese plates in the middle of each part of the pita bread.
  2. Chop the fresh cabbage and simmer with a little water and oil under the lid until soft. Cool slightly and put on the cheese.
  3. Put the chicken pieces in the next layer. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped egg on top. Pour mayonnaise over each piece of egg.
  4. Fold the edges of the lavash upwards. At a distance of 4-5 cm from the edge, wrap around a strip of pita bread and fix it with wooden toothpicks. Put the bags in a greased form and bake in the oven at 180 gr. 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove, cool slightly and remove the toothpicks. And we eat and treat our friends!
