Instructions
Pour boiling water over a handful of dried mushrooms.
Add the Teriyaki soy sauce.
Finely chop the chili pepper and green onion. add to the mushrooms and leave for half an hour.
Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. Wash and dry the fish. We put it in the form.
Pour the mushroom sauce over the fish. I used two small shapes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished fish with black sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
