Instructions
Peel the potatoes Cut into 3-5mm thick slices.
Peel the beets Cut into 1-2mm thick slices.
Cut the onion into rings.
Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, Teriyaki marinade, spices and salt.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes (2/3 of the volume) Place on a baking sheet Top with onion rings.
Pour the remaining sauce over the beets Put on potatoes with onions.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200-250 degrees.
