For cooking I take previously boiled in their skins potatoes.
Tomatoes grind in a blender. It is better to remove their skin, but if time is short, you can not remove.
In the bucket with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil. Then pour the crushed tomatoes over there.
Gherkins cut into circles. I add the cut gherkins to the ladle.
Minced meat (I just scrolled meat) salt and pepper to taste, add chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of milk. You can add some white bread. I.e. we do the usual mince for meatballs, to which you are accustomed.
Mix the minced meat well.
I form 12 meatballs, 3 pieces for each half of potatoes.
Ladle with sauce and put on medium heat, keep for 2-3 minutes (until boiling).
Then I dip the meatballs in the sauce. The carcass of the meatballs together with the sauce for 5 minutes.
While meatballs are cooked, prepare the potatoes. I clean it and cut it in half lengthways. With a teaspoon, remove the middle of the potatoes so that the boats turned out.
I put the potato halves on a baking sheet, covered with foil and sprinkled with a small amount of vegetable oil.
After 5 minutes, remove the meatballs from the sauce and place them tightly in the potato halves.
Then on top and sides with a spoon spread cucumber-tomato sauce.
Put the potatoes in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Then gently pull out the pan and sprinkle the potato halves with grated cheese on a fine grater.
And put it back in the oven. Now for 5 minutes on top heat mode.
