Probably, every housewife has her own way of baking hams with potatoes in the oven. I want to offer you a version of a juicy and very flavorful dish with apples and garlic. It turns out to be a wonderful home-made family dinner.
Wash the apples, cut out the core and cut into slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Add salt to the ham, add spices (rosemary, basil, thyme, nutmeg, marjoram, chili pepper, etc.) and mix.
Peel 1 head of garlic. Add the garlic cloves to the hams, plus the apples, potatoes and vegetable oil. Add a little salt.
Put everything on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, in an even layer. Place in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 50-60 minutes (top-bottom mode with convection). Focus on your oven, the baking time may increase or decrease.
