  1. Peel the potatoes Cut into 3-5mm thick slices.
  2. Peel the beets Cut into 1-2mm thick slices.
  3. Cut the onion into rings.
  4. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, Teriyaki marinade, spices and salt.
  5. Pour the sauce over the potatoes (2/3 of the volume) Place on a baking sheet Top with onion rings.
