  1. Prepare everything for a smoothie.
  2. I’ll use an immersion blender. Crushed ingredients, honey, cinnamon and a glass of water with a volume of 200 ml are sent to the blender bowl.
  3. Beat everything until smooth. I added a slice of lemon with zest. This should be done to taste or you can add lemon and not add it at all. Lemon zest gave this smoothie a pleasant bitterness. The smoothie turned out to be thick, and I made it for two, diluting it with another glass of water with a volume of 200 ml.
  4. We’ll drink it through a straw.
