Bean and Cauliflower Salad with Mushrooms Recipe
I looked through today’s recipe book and, having stumbled upon this salad with unusual combinations of products, decided to try to cook. It turned out to be an interesting salad, but I think it’s for an amateur.

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the pepper into strips.
Mushrooms, cauliflower cut into slices.
Chop the boiled eggs.
Cut the apple into slices.
Mix pepper, cabbage, eggs, apples, canned beans, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Sauce: in a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper.
The plate is lined with lettuce leaves. Lay out the salad, pour over the sauce and garnish with parsley.
