Bean Salad Recipe
Crab stick salads often contain corn that I don’t like, which is why this recipe was born . Very satisfying due to beans and meat, and a fresh note of salad gives cucumber. Dressing also plays a significant role.

  1. Fry the peanuts in a dry pan and grind them into a fine crumb, almost a powder. I do this with a blender. intended for dry products. Squeeze the juice from the lime or lemon. Mix with ground peanuts and mayonnaise. Nuts in the salad are almost not felt, but rather soften the taste of mayonnaise with lime.
  2. Cucumber and meat (any or chicken) cut into not too small cubes.
  3. Add the beans ( I have boiled) and chopped crab sticks.
  4. Mix the salad with the dressing , season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove to the cold for 30 minutes .
