- Fry the peanuts in a dry pan and grind them into a fine crumb, almost a powder. I do this with a blender. intended for dry products. Squeeze the juice from the lime or lemon. Mix with ground peanuts and mayonnaise. Nuts in the salad are almost not felt, but rather soften the taste of mayonnaise with lime.
