The name of the salad speaks for itself.. Well, it happens – you want something interesting, but you don’t want to cook at all… That’s where these salads help me out – the main thing is to mix everything!
We throw the beans into a colander and rinse it. Let the water drain.
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the beans, mix well and leave to marinate (preferably for 30 minutes).
Add chopped herring, finely chopped green onions and diced tomatoes to the beans. Mix it.
