  1. We throw the beans into a colander and rinse it. Let the water drain. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the beans, mix well and leave to marinate (preferably for 30 minutes).
  2. Add chopped herring, finely chopped green onions and diced tomatoes to the beans. Mix it.
