Carrot, Spinach and Green Bean Salad Recipe
Delicious and bright salad turned out. Very simple in execution. Green beans are good not only in soups, vegetable stews and casseroles, but also in cold form.

  1. Wash spinach, dry and cut into wide strips. Peel the carrots and cut into thin circles. Prepare frozen green beans. In a saucepan boil water, put carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add beans. Together the vegetables boil for another 2-3 minutes. Discard on a colander, pour cold water (to maintain a bright color). Mix in a bowl of carrots, beans and spinach. Preparing the gas station.
