Peel the leeks and cut them.
Wash in cold water.
Finely chop the garlic.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat, stirring constantly, fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Chop the walnuts coarsely.
Mix the beans without liquid, olives (I cheated and bought already sliced), nuts, leeks (warm, do not wait until it cools).
To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, wine vinegar, add a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad warm, mix and leave to soak for at least half an hour.
