  1. Prepare croutons: cut the bread into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Drain the liquid from the beans and honeydew, put them in a salad bowl and mix.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon (I like the dressing sourer, you can adjust to your liking). Mix lemon juice, vegetable oil and sugar. Finely chop the greens. Fill the beans with the dressing and mix it lightly. Sprinkle the salad with prepared croutons, sprinkle with herbs. That’s it, our salad is ready!
