  1. Products for making salad. Pre – drain the liquid from the beans and rinse with cold water.

  3. In a bowl, mix the beans, lettuce leaves, onion and crushed garlic.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine, whisk the ricotta (leave a little for decoration) with olive oil, salt and pepper, squeeze out a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice.
  5. Fill the salad, let it soak for a couple of minutes and serve. When serving, you can spread it out in portions and decorate with a bow of cheese, squeezing it on top of the salad.
