Prepare the marinade. Through the press, pass the garlic into the soy sauce, add vinegar.
Cut the beef into slices. Mix with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut the pepper into strips. Cut the onion into large strips. My beans are frozen. I washed and drained all the water.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan. Beef is well rolled in starch.
Fry our meat “fries” in portions, so as not to stick together, until golden brown. When we pull it out, we try to drain the excess oil.
After cooking the meat, fry the pepper for 1 minute. Add the onion and fry for another 2 minutes. The main thing is that the onion is not too soft.
Remove the pepper and onion and fry the beans for 2 minutes.
Add the beans to the meat and other vegetables. Add the sauce. Mix it.
Finely chop the cilantro and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix it.
