Wash and dry the meat. Cut into a cube about 3×3cm. Add the meat in a suitable container, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with spices, mix well. Prepare the vegetables.
Cut eggplant into large cubes, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
To include heating up the oven to 200*. I served this dish with baked potatoes. Very well combined with rice or buckwheat.
Cut the vegetables into large enough pieces.
Pour olive oil into the baking pot. Spread the meat and vegetables and mix.
Cover with a lid and send in a preheated oven for 80 minutes. Focus on Your oven!!! Meat, especially beef is very different. After an hour, my beef was already soft, but I decided to hold it for another 20 minutes in the oven!!!
