Friends, I want to introduce you to a delicious potato breakfast that many people love. It is prepared quickly, ideal for weekdays and simply irreplaceable on weekends when you want to soak up in bed and, at the same time, feed your family or just yourself (-wow)!!!

  1. A simple set of products for our delicious breakfast, available in almost every home.
  2. Peel the potatoes, grate them on a Korean carrot grater, cut the cheese and smoked sausage into large squares and put them in a container. Sausage can be replaced with boiled or fried meat (lying in the refrigerator), but it’s still tastier with sausages. I took smoked hunting sausages with cheese, the taste is super.
  3. Add finely chopped green onions or your favorite herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then, in a bowl with a fork, beat the eggs (do not salt) and add to the potatoes, cheese, sausage.
  4. We mix everything well and can’t get enough of the resulting beauty, we are already anticipating the taste and aroma that will turn out thanks to our simple manipulations.
  5. Put the pan on the stove, turn on medium heat, pour a little vegetable oil and heat well. Pour out our billet, level it, make a small fire, cover with a lid and fry for 7-8 minutes.
  6. Then cover with a plate, turn it over and send it back to the pan, fry on the second side for 5-6 minutes, under the lid.
  7. This is what our breakfast will look like after roasting on one side. The total time is enough for the potatoes to fry, the cheese to completely melt, and the sausage to release its juices and flavors.
  8. We put the ready breakfast on a dish, cut it into portions and sprinkle it with our favorite greens on top. The taste is delicious, and I want to eat two such portions…
