I’ve always liked cabbage salads. This time in a new combination for me, and maybe for you. A light aftertaste of orange, delicious cranberries and cabbage already acquires a completely different taste.
Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze out the juice. In a cup, mix the cabbage, zest, mustard seeds, 0.5 tsp salt and rub a little with your hands so that the cabbage becomes a little softer. Add cranberries.
Mix orange juice, vinegar, honey, vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
How much juice and vinegar you add depends on your taste and how sweet or sour the orange was. Add the marinade to the salad and stir.
