  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and the resulting sauce to spread on bread.
  2. Put the finely chopped mackerel on the sauce.
  3. Spread the chopped beetroot and cucumber on the mackerel in strips.
  4. Cut the egg into small circles and put it on top. Garnish with lemon or orange slices-delicious with both.
