This recipe is taken from my cookbook. I did it for the first time 10 years ago. Since then, I often cook these candies! The recipe is so simple and fast that even a child can handle it! And how delicious they turn out!!! And indeed, something like a “Snickers”! Pamper your children, I think they will be very happy!!!
Mix sugar, cocoa and liquid milk (or cream). Put the mixture on the fire and, stirring constantly, so as not to burn, bring to a boil.
As soon as the mixture boils, remove from the heat and add the peeled and fried peanuts and softened butter. Stir and gradually add the dry cream. Stir a little with a spoon – the mixture will immediately seize, and then knead with your hands. It will turn out to be a fairly dense mass.
Cover the dish with cling film or sprinkle with dry cream.
Roll the balls out of the resulting mixture and put them on a platter.
If the candy is difficult to roll out, moisten your fingers a little with water – and all this will be enough to make the balls perfect and not stick to your palms. How all the sweets were prepared – cover them with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
