Rice should be washed well and boiled until cooked. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, cover and set aside.
Meat, I have a pork neck, cut into small pieces.
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, then add the pork and fry it for 8-9 minutes, not forgetting to stir occasionally.
Transfer the meat to a bowl. Put the cherry tomatoes in a frying pan and fry them for about 2-3 minutes, stirring gently. Transfer them to a bowl.
Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan and pour out the carrots and onions, cook for about 8-10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
Add rice, meat and tomatoes to the prepared carrots and onions, pour in the remaining soy sauce, pepper and mix gently, heat the rice over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
