This is quite simple to prepare, but such a delicious dish I was introduced to the girls from Taiwan... I used to like to try this fried rice in a Chinese restaurant, but now I cook it at home! Like both adults and children!
Rice put in a bowl and rinse several times with cold water. Then put in a colander and rinse again under running water. Put the rice in a pan with boiling salted water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut into small cubes of boiled ham.
At the same time prepare green peas. It can either be boiled in a steamer or directly in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, without bringing to full readiness, when the peas still retains its fresh green color.
Clean the onion and chop, it is best to use for this blender.
Meanwhile, cooked rice put in a colander and drain the water. Set aside for a while.
Break in a bowl of three eggs and stir with a fork. Add half of the chopped onion to the eggs.
In a frying pan (best in wok, that is, in a special deep frying pan with thin walls, often used in Chinese cuisine for fast roasting of products!) heat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and pour the eggs and onions. Fry the egg mixture, stirring all the time...
Once the eggs are fried (it will take about 1-2 minutes), put them in a plate and knead another fork, breaking into small lumps.
In a frying pan (wok) pour the remaining oil and add in order first ham and then peas. Next, put the remaining onions and stirring, fry all lightly in a pan. Make sure nothing gets burned!
Add rice to this mixture and mix. Stirring, pour the soy sauce and let it be distributed.
At the end, add the egg "crumb" to the rice mixture.
Mix everything and serve immediately! Add pepper to taste!
