Carrot Salad with Tuna Recipe

  1. Boil the string beans for 7 minutes, cool in ice water to preserve the color. Cut the beans into about 1-1. 5 cm.
  2. Peel the fresh carrots and cut them into cubes. It is somewhat unusual for us to eat fresh carrots in a salad. But Italians love to eat delicious food. And, you know, it’s interesting.
  3. Drain the beans. Mix the beans with the carrots.
  4. Add canned corn.
  5. Drain the liquid from the canned tuna and add it to the salad. Add the greens. The recipe uses green onions. I had a mixture of onion and dill. The Italians would be horrified. Why do they dislike dill so much? But for me it was quite harmonious.
  6. Prepare a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and ground black pepper. Everything is here to your taste. Season the salad. And let it brew a little, as well as the ingredients for the dressing. And enjoy your appetite with benefits for body and soul!
