  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the carrots and onions. Do not wash the mushrooms, wipe with a damp cloth, cut off heavy dirt. We do this for the aroma of mushrooms, when the mushrooms are washed, they absorb moisture and lose their attractive appearance and smell.
  2. Cut the mushrooms in half, large into 4 parts. Spread on a lightly greased baking sheet and send it to a preheated 150*I c oven for 25-30 minutes. Mushrooms do not need to be fried; when they are baked, it is much healthier, and the smell is simply amazing.
  3. While our mushrooms are baking, fry in vegetable oil until ready pre-chopped onions and grated carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Here are our beauties. Don’t overcook it.
  5. Mushrooms are crushed using a blender, not immersion. Or use a meat grinder.
  6. To them, we also add chopped onions and carrots with a blender. Mix it up.
  7. We use soy sauce to fill our mushroom caviar . Mushrooms and soy sauce go well together.
  8. Mix it up. If desired, add salt and pepper. I had enough soy sauce, I didn’t use salt. Serve either as sandwiches or small canapes, or as a main course, or with a side dish – potatoes, rice, etc.
