Caviar from Zucchini with Tomatoes Recipe
Another variant of preparation of caviar from vegetable marrows. Very tasty snack.

  1. Chop the onion, spasserovat with oil (1/2 norm), add finely chopped tomatoes and passerovat another 5-10 minutes. Peel the zucchini, remove the core, cut into small pieces and fry in the remaining oil. Then put the zucchini in a saucepan with the onion and tomatoes, add the Bay leaf and simmer, stirring occasionally, until they are soft. Ready zucchini pass through a meat grinder or chop with a knife, season with salt, sugar, lemon juice, cool. Serve the caviar in a salad bowl, garnished with herbs, slices of tomatoes, lemon.
