  1. In a saucepan, boil water, add chopped red cabbage. When the water boils again, squeeze out the lemon, the water will immediately become brighter, add a little salt. Leave to simmer for about a minute.
  2. Through a colander to separate the cabbage from the red cabbage broth, pour them funchoza. Leave on for 5-7 minutes. If you have rice noodles, leave to simmer in the vegetable broth until tender. Drain the liquid.
  3. Further, at your discretion. I have this time with vegetables.
  4. Sometimes I do it with tomatoes and green peas.
