Chop the cabbage, cut the onion with feathers and pepper into strips.

In the original recipe, flour is taken and in a large bowl, pour hot water on one half of the flour, and cold water on the other. Knead the dough and let it stand for half an hour. Then roll thin cakes and bake without oil.
In General, it's like making pita bread. But I'm not friends with the dough, so I had Arabic tortillas, also similar to pita bread. Tortillas will do.
