  1. Grate the cheese, I prefer fine. I will not burden you with a variety of cheese, since I myself cook from different cheeses, the main thing is good quality. Squeeze the garlic out to the cheese.
  2. Add a little salt and pepper and pour in the cream, the more cream, the more liquid consistency, if less, respectively, vice versa.
  3. Put it in a water bath, over medium heat. Stir constantly with a whisk.
  4. Heat until completely dissolved and a creamy consistency is obtained.
  5. You can serve it right away, but we like it to be a little cold.
  6. Ready!
