Another version of cheese balls, only made of melted cheese with a filling inside. Let’s call them “apples”. They can be beautifully served to the festive table.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Eggs already boiled should be. Melted cheese can be slightly frozen, it will be easier to grate it.
  2. Grate the melted cheese, remove the white from the boiled eggs, and grate the yolk on a fine grater and sprinkle a little turmeric for an even greater yellow color (only be careful, turmeric is very strongly colored in yellow), punch the chicken cooked meat with a blender to turn it into minced meat and add 1 tsp mayonnaise for viscosity. From fennel to remove all the thick stems and finely chop only the dill sprigs.
  3. Now we form our “apples”: take a little minced chicken, you can slightly moisten your hands so that it does not stick to your hands, you can put a small piece of pickled cucumber or olive inside, roll a ball.
  4. Then roll all this in grated melted cheese, and finally roll, also to choose from, in dill, red paprika or yolk with turmeric.
  5. On top of our “apples” decorate with a twig, cool briefly in the refrigerator and serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
