Cheese Balls with Cod Liver Recipe
I remembered one of the options for making cheese balls. I didn’t seem to find such a thing on the site, so I’m posting it, maybe it will be useful to someone. A very interesting combination of ingredients.

  1. Mash the cod liver.
  2. Add egg grated on a fine grater, butter, spices (optional). Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I didn’t specifically specify the name of the cheese, because you can experiment. Form balls from the resulting mass, roll them in cheese and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy it!
