  1. To prepare this snack, any cheese melted in plates is suitable. I did half of the above.
  2. Combine the boiled chicken fillet (from my thighs), cottage cheese, cream, garlic, dill, salt and a mixture of ground peppers.
  3. Punch the blender into a uniform cream mousse.
  4. Apply the mousse mass to the cheese plate, leaving an empty space on the edge.
  5. Turn into a roll.
  6. “Roll” on chopped dill, insert a skewer.
  7. Send the snack to the refrigerator, if urgently, then for 20 minutes in the freezer, so that it keeps its shape well.
  8. Serve the appetizer chilled. Bon Appetit!!!
