  1. Cottage cheese is rubbed with a spoon with sugar and egg. Add the pudding from the bag and continue to work with a spoon. If your curd is too thin or you like more dense cheesecakes, then add another 3 tbsp semolina.
  2. In the cottage cheese, grate the Apple on a large grater. Stir.
  3. Put the curd mass in the molds and send it to the oven at 180 g for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the forms. When the top of the cheesecakes is browned, they are ready. Allow to cool and remove from the molds.
