  1. Wash the cherries and greens and dry them.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chopped garlic and herbs. You can taste a little salt.
  3. Cut the olives on one side.
  4. Stuff the olives with cottage cheese.
  5. Cherry carefully free from the pulp.
  6. Put a little of the mass and olives in the cherry, slightly compacting. Put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  7. To serve, cut the cherry in half. garnish with herbs and olive rings. Use the snack chilled, if desired, watering with olive oil and balsamic.
