Zucchini stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Olives Recipe
I love zucchini in any form, but I especially love to cook them according to this recipe, cottage cheese, cheese, what could be better, and olives give them a zest!!!

  1. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Remove part of the pulp from each half with a spoon, leaving the sides. Put the pulp aside, it will go into the filling.

  2. Put cottage cheese, cheese, herbs and half of the breadcrumbs in the blender bowl. Also add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Pulverize in pulse mode.
