Chia pudding is a great option for breakfast. It contains the optimal ratio of proteins and carbohydrates so that you are full for a long time and energized before lunch.
2tablespoonsSeeds (Chia)(Chia seeds can be found in large hypermarkets or ordered online)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients (you can add nuts or dried fruits to taste) and let the pudding brew for 10-15 minutes. Then mix again and refrigerate overnight (the longer it stands, the better, but you can also for 30 minutes).
