I love vanilla.. when outside the window of bad weather I cook my favorite rice pudding, which my mother-in-law taught me to cook) all children eat with pleasure, and adults too!

  1. Boil 2 tablespoons of rice in water to boil the rice. Milk pour into a saucepan, add the boiled rice, sugar and bring to a boil.

  5. Take out our dessert from the oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon. Cool. In Turkey, cooled at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator for an hour and served cold. but I like it when the dessert is cooled just at room temperature-it takes about 2 hours)
