Boil 2 tablespoons of rice in water to boil the rice.
Milk pour into a saucepan, add the boiled rice, sugar and bring to a boil.
Starch, vanilla sugar, mix with a little milk and put into mixture yolk. If you like thick pudding, feel free to add 3 tablespoons of starch (often I do).
In the starch mixture pour a few spoons of hot milk, mix thoroughly and only then pour the whole mixture into the milk. Stirring, cook for about 10 minutes. When the mass thickens, remove from heat.
Pour into heat-resistant forms. When I did not have molds, I baked syutlach in a large glass form - it turned out no less tasty 🙂 put on a baking sheet with water (make a water bath) and in the oven at 200 C until Golden brown, it's about 30 minutes.
Take out our dessert from the oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon.
Cool. In Turkey, cooled at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator for an hour and served cold. but I like it when the dessert is cooled just at room temperature-it takes about 2 hours)
