  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrot. Fry until golden brown.
  2. Boil the chicken and finely chop it. You can use the meat of baked or smoked poultry.
  3. Cook and chop the eggs. Slice the cucumbers. Mix with chicken, carrots and onions, corn.
  4. As a dressing, you can use sour cream-mustard sauce, mayonnaise or cheese sauce. Serve in tartlets.
