  1. Chop the garlic coarsely and fry in well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown, for a minute, no more. Put the onion cut into half rings in a frying pan with garlic and fry everything together, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. The fire is active.
  2. Add the chicken cut into not very small strips to the pan. Fry the fillets, stirring constantly, until the poultry meat turns white.
  3. Reduce the heat to moderate, pour the cream into the pan, stir, cover the pan and simmer the chicken in cream for 13-15 minutes. Then remove the lid. Mix well, lightly salt the dish. (add a little salt, the cheese is also salty) Season with your favorite seasonings.
  4. Add the finely grated cheese and finely chopped parsley to the pan. Stir and simmer the fillets in the sauce for a couple of minutes. You’re finished! Serve with any side dish.
