- 1 piece Onion red
- 2 cloves garlic
- 180 gram Sour cream
- 1 tablepsoon Mustard
- 2 tablepsoons Cream cheese
- Vegetable oil to taste

- How to cook: 1. Chicken fillet cut into cubes 2. Grate the carrots on a grater 3. Finely chop the onion 4. Finely chop the garlic 5. Mix sour cream, garlic and mustard 6. Fry the carrots on high heat for a couple of minutes 7. Add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes 8. Add the chicken fillet and simmer until the meat turns white 9. Reduce the heat to medium, add cream cheese, simmer for 5-7 minutes 10. Add the sauce and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes 11. Mix, turn off, cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes
