  1. Make a puree from one nectarine using an immersion blender, you can leave the skin.
  2. Add lemon zest, turmeric and garlic to the butter.
  3. Combine the nectarine puree, oil and grind well again with an immersion blender.
  4. Cut the chickens along the breast and unfold them like a tobacco chicken. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5. Divide the flavored butter into the chickens equally and leave a little to decorate the nectarine.
  6. Push the oil under the skin of the chickens.
  7. Bake the chickens in the oven on the grill, collecting the released oil and pouring it over the chickens.
  8. 10-15 minutes before cooking, put the nectarine halves stuffed with the remaining oil in the oven.
