Chicken Liver with Apples Recipe
I suggest cooking stewed chicken liver with apples and plums. In this recipe, in my opinion, liver is successfully combined with fruits and vegetables.

  1. Cleanse the liver of all excess. Cut the onion into half rings or feathers. Peel the plums from the seeds, cut the apples into slices, and the bell pepper into strips.
  2. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat and lightly fry the onion.
  3. Add the liver to the onion.
  4. Add the prepared vegetables and fruits to the liver with onions. Mix it.
  5. Close the lid. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add chopped garlic if desired, add salt to taste and leave on the fire until the liquid is partially boiled.
  7. Ready!
