  2. We will cover the chicken breasts with two layers of film and beat them to a thickness of no more than 1 cm, tear off the leaves from the basil twigs, chop the twigs themselves, chop the garlic coarsely.
  3. Heat a small amount of olive oil and fry the garlic and basil sprigs until golden brown.
  4. Add the canned tomatoes to the pan, mash them in the pan with a fork (if necessary), fill the jar with tomatoes with half water and pour into the pan, add salt and simmer for 30 minutes until the sauce evaporates twice. Then try again to add salt and season with acid, if the sauce is noticeably “sour”, add 1 teaspoon of sugar (this may not be necessary).

While the sauce is being prepared, you can boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water, according to the instructions on the package, and prepare the chicken for frying: to do this, prepare a small bowl in which we will beat the eggs with a fork, pour flour on one flat plate, and breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan on the other.
  6. Roll the chicken in flour on all sides.

  9. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
