Instructions
Boil chicken broth in 1.5 liters of water. It turns out a transparent broth.
In a separate saucepan, boil the beans until soft and drain.
Peel the carrots and celery.
And cut into cubes.
Separate the meat from the bones and disassemble into fibers.
We put everything in broth – meat, beans and vegetables, salt and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Then add the herbs to taste.
Serve this soup with croutons or crackers.
Ready.
