Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes.
Add sliced garlic, warm it all together for a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat.
In boiling water put the diced potatoes, bring to a boil.
Add to the pot of thinly sliced cabbage.
Cover the pot with a lid and cook soup for another 12-15 minutes. (fire medium)
Put in a pot, boiled until cooked beans (or use canned), fried vegetables, salt soup, season with pepper.
Boil five minutes, remove from heat, cover and let stand the soup for 10-20 minutes.
When serving, add to bowls of soup with chopped greens and a few drops of lemon juice. (on taste)
