Instructions
The time indicated does not include pickling. Wash the thighs, dry them, and trim the excess.
Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and chop them finely. Add tomatoes, honey, mustard and adzhika to the thighs and season with salt.
Stir and put in the cold for 6-12 hours.
Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices. Under the skin, spread 1-2 garlic petals. Transfer the thighs to a deep baking tray.
Pour the marinade and send to bake, 180 degrees, 60-70 minutes.
Until a nice brown crust. Serve hot.
