Cut the chicken into pieces. Chop the mint and garlic. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the cheese into approximately the same pieces as the fillet.
Lightly fry the chicken in a frying pan in olive oil.
Add salt to the chicken and add the pieces of cheese. Pour in the water. Stir and simmer a little under the lid. Garnish with mint sprigs or individual leaves and serve as a hot dish.
