In a saucepan, pour the milk and yogurt, put to heat over medium heat. Not boil.

When the mixture boils cook over medium heat for another 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Cover the colander with gauze folded in several layers and carefully lay out the cottage cheese, well press down with a spoon forming a form of cottage cheese. Leave to stand on the table for 1 hour to get the serum.
After an hour, carefully shift the cottage cheese in a bowl, cover and send to the refrigerator for 10 hours
