  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add sour cream and melted butter. Stir.
  3. Add flour, cocoa, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Add sliced apples. Mix them into the dough.
  5. Put the dough in a cake pan (size: width. 11 cm, height. 7 cm, length. 25 cm, cover the form with parchment, lightly grease with vegetable oil). Send to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes (check readiness with a wooden skewer and focus on the features of your oven). Remove the finished cake from the oven and allow to cool.
