Step 1. Pour gelatin with ice water and leave to swell (follow the instructions in the box). Add cream, sugar, chocolate, milk and vanillin to a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put on medium heat and stir continuously until the ingredients are smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2. Dissolve the gelatin by heating in the microwave with short pulses of 10 seconds. IMPORTANT! Gelatin cannot be boiled. Next, pass the gelatin through a sieve and add to the mixture of ingredients. Knead well and pour the mass. Let it cool to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
